With endeavor of over 15 years, we started from asmall plant to a well-known auto exterior manufacturingcompany. However, "The revolution is successful not yet,the comrade still needs the effort"we are aware of that there is still apparent difference between our company and the prominent enterprises, on the aspects of staffs' professionalism and business management skills. With theincreasingly severe competition in domestic and overseas markets, and the greatly increased product cost, we are under higher and higher competition pressure.
