We introduced Gage Beam and Flow Optical Scanner to measure the vehicle and product, check the mold, tooling, and fixture. Since they can give all data of the car, we can develop many products for specified car simultaneously. Highly advanced instrument and design software present product development improved accuracy and speed.
In house mold design and fabrication for prototyping and production.
Rich experience of R & D Personnel: 2 to 8 years’ experience in auto restyling industry， up to 40 years in metal designing.

Professionals of the development and research technicians on  research management, Metal Material Engineering, Plastic Processing, Mechatronic Engineering, Machinery Manufacturing, Dies and Inspection Tools Development etc. A vertical titles network constituted of Senior Engineers, Engineers and Assistant Engineers have been built up.
R & D personnel are sent out overseas to USA, Germany, Australia and Middle East etc. for further trainings and technical exchanges.
As the “Foshan Auto Exterior R&D Center”, Winbo-Dongjian also holds academic seminars with experts and researchers of auto industry.
